I kinda F'ed up in Fallout 3 XD?

ok so after plaing FONV for long time, i got bord and thought that i should go back to fallout 3 WITHOUT UsEING cHEATS "im on PC by the way" so i made a real good game and all. but that one day where i got ****** by super mutians and when i went back to MEGATON i heald and slept in my house. the next day i was walking around megaton and i walked by a house that wasnt locked, so i went in, i must have didnt look around good because i didnt see anyone in there but i saw ton of food on the table, so the second i took the soup the guy came out of no where and started shooting me, what i should have done is stay till he kills me so i respawn where i walked in, but smart me. i killed him and got out of the house, now the whole place started shooting on me. my last save is way too far and i dont want to reset it from there. any ideas ?
