I need weight loss tips for a 15 year old, please?

I'm 15 and 5'7 as well but weigh 134 and I'm a semi good figure so you shouldn't worry too much about losing weight but to lose arm fat and hip and flatten your stomach some then I suggest some exercises..go to google and search some!! ....crunches for your stomach...dumbells for arms....and i dont know for hips but I need exercises for that as well
