GUYS! help please me?

So this guy is my friend and he messes around with me. He'll hug me, spin me around, push me, poke me and mimic me and stuff and a lot of the times I think he's flirting with me. and he talks about his past relationships to me and we talk about some deep things as well as jokes. But he said he wishes he could fix things with his ex and try again maybe. But he's been flirty with me and he';s given me his jacket when I was cold and things like that too. So what's going on???
