Is there a disease that can mimic hiccups?

every day for the past, maybe 3-4 years, i have had at least one very random lone hiccup. they never repeat like normal hiccups. its one and done. its very loud and obnoxious - my family thinks i'm faking them and my friends think their hilarious. but ive been paying more attention to them and the way the feel, and to me, normal hiccups seem focused in my stomach area, but i cant seem to locate where these are coming from. i mostly just feel them in my throat. please help me, these are starting to worry me, and i would feel stupid going to the doctor over "hiccups" and in case it matters i'm 14, almost 15
