Do people hate Asian immigrants?

I am a Chinese immigrant in US. I speak English with accent. I am in a high school with the diversity of races. Some people seem to be aggressive to me and they always pick on me (especially some puerto ricans and cambodians). At the first, I though they're joking, but then I realized it was not. I work hard and I have an excellent GPA, my teachers always praise me in the front of the class. I don't understand why would these fkin jerks always pick on me? Because I am an immigrant, so they think I don't belong to here? Because I have an excellent grade, so they are jealous at me? Or because they are naturally retarded and uncivilized? I'm even start to be a racist too. I always though: why do these ***** ghetto sh1t count as part of American (Puerto Rican) and how come those ***** ugly fake-Asian didn't get killed during the genocide (Cambodian)? I didn't mean to offense someone, I just need someone to help me out with it. I'm getting really obsess by those people who make fun of me, so I eventually start to generalize their races. I apologize if I offense someone, I just want to treat back what they had treated to me. I mean their racist jokes and the ways of making fun of me are so ignorant and uneducated. White and black people (whose ancestor were born and raised in this country) don't even make fun of me, what kind of privilege do these cambodians and puerto ricans have to mock at me since their ancestors once were the U.S immigrants too? How do they deserve it? I even feel kind of ironic when I was being mocked by "these" people.
