Lawyers shoplifting help please?

I recently got in trouble for a first time offense of shoplifting at my local mall in North Florida. The store decided to persecute, and now i have to go to juvenile court in a few weeks. What can I expect and is there ANY way to keep this off my future record that colleges will see? I am 14 and a straight A student with a 4.6 GPA.. I would love if this stupid mistake didn't ruin my future! Thanks for any help.
