What is a good recipe that mimics hooter's Cajun style wings?

I love the Cajun style wings at hooters but I don't want to go there every time I want some. Does anyone know of a good recipe that is similar in taste and style to theirs? I also believe that flavor is not sold everywhere but I know of at least two locations in North Carolina.
