What does this mean to you 10 pts?

I think that probably it was influenced by somebody in particular, but in general they are saying that people should take responsibility for their own actions and not smother themselves with a victim complex, ie. they 'still know right from wrong'. I think they feel like someone/people around them are acing in 'hoe-ish' ways and blaming their lack of father growing up and they feel like the fact they didn't have a 'father figure' is no reason for their behavior. It is said in a general sort of way- addressed to anyone- but clearly is said for someone in particular to read.
