My son is 13. he was involved in 3 burglaries. this is his first offense. will he be sent to djj?

He will probably go to juvenile hall, which might be the best thing for him. I know you don't want to see him locked up at all. But if he gets a taste of what that's like, it could be a deterrent, something that will make him think twice before doing stupid stuff again. And you should add to that at home.
