My 24mth old son doesn't talk yet. ?

He goos and babbles but that's all. He doesn't make eye contact when I talk to him or show him how the word is said. He sometimes shakes his head no or yes. And I hear him often mimicking noises or words but he hums it. I'm really worried with all the autistic stuff going around. Any advice? Please help
