Martial Arts for the Wii?

In the Wii Fit series of games, there is a game/trainer (I don't know what else to call it) for Martial Arts. Basically, you mimic martial arts movement via the onscreen Miis. Now, I'm not that interested in the fighting aspect. But, I find martial arts to be a good stress reliever and a good workout. Are there any Wii games on martial arts that have training sections in them? Or are there other workout games that are more expanded on martial arts compared to the Wii Fit?
