Is cutting my self bad?

so I cut my self be cause I am bord and I have nothing else to do. my parents do not know about this and they will never know, I just them that I don't know how I got it. I will not go to a therapist! it is NOT deep cuts just little grazez with my knife, just deep enough to bleed a little. I just want to know if its wrong. or if I should stop. I know how to stop. I just need to know if I should stop.
