How to configure hama black force game pad? cos i installed the needed drivers ,i went i tho control panel?

and checked hama game pad configuration and it said that it has been installed properly but ,it cant play meadal of hounor PC game ,when i use my key Bord the game plays ,but the hama game pad cant play on my laptop am runing window 7 starter with HP PROBOOK 4525S
