American Jews and Israeli or European Jews?

Hey guys. First off no anti semitism here just a simple query. So please do not take offense and none is intended. Ok my question is, how are American Jews viewed by European Jews or Israelis. Reason I ask is being from the united states I know how some American Jews are. (I won't include my opinion) however when I visited Israel and Poland it was a complete difference (more favorable and welcoming) if you cn answer off this info please do comment. I do not wish to offend so nothing bad will said on my part .
